Out of all the Vox posts you've written, which is your favorite? Why?

I had a number of posts I'd written last summer about the writing process and my current writing efforts that I quite enjoyed composing and sharing. Alas, I took those posts down in the interest of privacy. Had a chance to think about those actions, I might have just protected the entries, must like I do elsewhere for my personal entries. I doubt there's interest in my World of Warcraft ramblings, also posted elsewhere, so I tend to leave Vox open only for QotD.
Have you ever purchased something from an infomercial?

Yes, I purchased an OxiClean Detergent Ball. It's a solid ball of laundry detergent that, when placed in its sock (initially fabric, now plastic), goes into the washer for automatic distribution of cleanser. Rather than call the 800 number, I used the OxiClean website, which reduced the additional pitches thrown by sales reps. It was a free offer -- one ball for $4.99 shipping -- though I did add an extra ball for some nominal extra cost. Later, we found detergent balls at the local grocery store, which eliminated the shipping fee altogether. The ball lasts my family about a month, and using it has reduced the powder and liquid spills.
Sadly, the detergent ball has been discontinued. I bought all that I could find when it was marked down to $5 per starter kit.
