What's the last thing you usually do or think about before you fall asleep?
I usually end my day by thinking about the steps I need to take the next day, like stuff I need to do or say or send at work, which often has the unfortunate side-effect of causing some sleeplessness. When that happens, I put myself in my Happy Place, which is a solitary cabin in the woods that's full of warmth and sunshine... and quiet.
