If you could open any sort of restaurant, what would it be like?
We have our fair share of Italian and Mexican places around here, so I'd go with southern style and family friendly fare. I figure a diner is a nice alternative to the sit-down and fast-food places that swarm our neck of the woods. I'd love to see a place that mimics the 50s Prime Time Cafe down at MGM Studio in Disney World. I love the homestyle cooking, quirky retro style and the sassy servers who act as bossy relatives. I'd call my place "Mom's" in honor of that theme.
